All service engagements require a signed agreement and applicable deposit before work begins. Service details, pricing, materials, and timelines will be outlined in the project agreement.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Project quotes are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices may change due to material costs, project requirements, availability, or changes requested by the client.

4. Changes to Project Scope

Any changes to the approved scope of work must be agreed upon by both parties. Additional work, materials, or design changes may result in additional charges and adjustments to the project timeline.

5. Payment Terms

Payments will be made according to the schedule specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a typical payment structure may include a deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon completion.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be handled according to the applicable laws and dispute-resolution procedures specified in the project agreement. 1. Service Refunds

Since our services are custom-tailored to each client's specific requirements, refunds for completed work are generally not available. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, we commit to revisiting and correcting the issue at no additional cost within 30 days of project completion.

2. Deposit Refunds

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is requested more than 72 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a 15% administrative fee to cover procurement and scheduling costs already incurred.

3. Product Returns

For physical products sold through our platform (smart locks, fire safety equipment, etc.), unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Installed products are non-returnable but are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.
